Terms of Services

By ordering commission, you confirm that you agree with following Terms of Services. These are essential aspects of deals with me as an artistYou must be at least 18 to order a commission

Before you have ordered commission
• Please, make sure that my skills, terms and prices are satisfactory and I could draw exactly as you've ordered to;
• Make a short message, describing what kind of commission you need.Payments
• Payments are avaliable via Boosty (accepts cards) or Lava.Top/Hipolink (accepts PayPal);
• Full payment must be made before I start your commission;
• I support payment plans;
• Refunds are not supported by my payment methods.Once you have paid
• You may request a clean sketch to confirm it or request some changes. I will not interrupt my working process for waiting changes unless you requested me to do it;
• If you asked to see a sketch in progress, please don't hesitate to ask for changes, as changes beyond the lineart will not be accepted, unless it is to fix incorrect colors or markings;
• Attention! Requesting too many changes: full redrawing, pose changing, complete change of background may result in additional payment;
• I cannot and will not provide you with an estimate of when your commission will be complete, unless you gave me a certain deadline.Customer serving and service
• I have the right to decline your request to commission if I wish for whatever reason;
• I refuse to serve rude customers. If you're going to be rude to me before or during a commission, your request to commission will likely not be accepted or will be terminated;
• Commissions can not be terminated, if the work processed after the clean sketch;
• Refunds are not supported by my payment platforms and for performing a chargeback you will be banned;
• If you'd like art from me, but it needs to be done within or for a certain time, I must know exactly a week or earlier in advance. Any notice later will not be accepted;
• Please do not be impatient about how long it takes me to complete your commission. Especially if I have a long to-do list. This is a very stressful thing for an artist to receive. Please do not rush me if you want the best result;
• Please do not provide me with outdated or low quality reference sheets. However, if that's all you have, then please describe changes in detail;Subscription Policies
• Once you've paid for a subscription that offers an artwork in return, you have a grace period of two month to claim it. If you haven't requested anything in that timeframe, your payment will be considered as donation;
• You can use your subscriptions as payment plan for regular commissions;
• If your subscription was made before any price changes you are eligible to get an artwork by older prices.
